How to go from this
to this 
Using Photoshop CS3.
Not traslatable, sorry.
1.-Crop your image and sharpen once.

2.-Layer > New Fill Color > Solid Color #ffeab8 and set to Multiply 100%

3.-Layer > New adjustment layer > Selective Color:
Reds: -100, +11, +46, 0
Yellows: -60, 0, -100, 0
Neutrals: 0, -8, -15, 0

4.-Layer > New adjustment layer > Hue/Saturation:
Saturation: +30
Reds: +5

5.-Layer > New adjustment layer > Selective Color:
Reds: -30, +21, +20, 0
Yellows: 0, -26, +5, 0
Whites: -100, -100, -100, 0
Neutrals: 0, -40, +26, -45

6.-Duplicate your base layer, drag it to the top and set to Soft light 100%.

7.-Layer > New Fill Color > Solid Color #b2b0ff and set to Soft light 100%.

8.-Layer > New adjustment layer > Selective Color:
Reds: -46, +35, +58, 0
Yellows: -100, -30, +67, +100
Whites: +100, -38, 0, 0
Neutrals: 0, -30, -30, +30

9.-Layer > New Fill Color > Solid Color #1d1603 and set to Exclusion 100%

10.-Duplicate your base layer again, drag it to the top and set to Luminosity 100%.

11.-Layer > New adjustment layer > Curves:
Output: 84
Input: 64

And that's it :)
